Established in 2004 to meet the growing needs of real estate investors in two popular
vacation rental destinations and now BRIC has evolved into one of the premier property
management and vacation rental companies in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and Scottsdale,
Arizona.
Equipped with a professional and knowledgeable staff, BRIC works in cooperation
with property owners and visiting guests. We offer full service property management
services as well as complete vacation rental services for properties we manage.
Because we commit to an exceptional level of service as well as type of product
we carefully select certain properties which match our formula for excellence.
We have a full service in-house team including, maids, maintenance personnel, accounting,
marketing, reservation hosts, and office administration. All of our team members
are more than happy to assist both our owners and guests at anytime. For our Mexico
properties, we have bi-lingual office staff fluent in English and Spanish.

rental revenue. We work in partnership with our local affiliates in order to ensure
your property is well maintained and cared for on a regular basis. Our affiliate
in Mexico, BRIC Internacional S.A. de C.V. tends to our Mexico Properties, and our
affiliate LPF Management LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona guarantees the quality and attention
to our Arizona properties.
BRIC International LLC photographs, markets, advertises, books all reservations,
and processes payments for guests and owners. We work in close partnership with
our local affiliates to ensure a seamless experience for both our guests and owners.
