Superior Service

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Bric International for your superior service. From beginning to end, all was handled really well. Our driver was waiting when we arrived at Cancun airport and took us to the condo, which thankfully we were allowed to access early which meant we could get to the beach asap. The condo was great and the cell phone really came in handy. I could not get ahold of the office on Friday to remind them of our Saturday 6am pick up to go back to the airport, but when when we went downstairs he was waiting to take us back-all went really smooth. Again, really professional operation and will recommend. My wallet was taken at Xcaret-minimal damages as only had one credit card and a small bit of cash-so not good, but could have been worse. The card I gave you was the one taken but I believe you should have charged all anyway-please let me know if you have any problems. We were fortunate enough to "discover" this property on the Internet - and rented it for two weeks during Jan/Feb/08. Had an amazing vacation. The unit was lovely, the maid service terrific and the location perfect. The management company handled any questions we had throughout our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this as an authentic accomodation while you stay in Playadise... We still talk about having coffee or cocktails in "heaven" - a.k.a. the rooftop terrace. Anniversary Gift for my Wife

Surprised my wife with a week long getaway to this location after searching high and low for various choices. Location was a 5 (excellent), positioned right between the beach and the main avenue where the great shops/restaurants were located. Layout of condo was a 5 and very comfortable. Beds were comfortable too - just a tad firm but not too much. Loved the rooftop, however the hot tub is for one person and wasn't in very good working order (didn't use). Check in and housekeeping were superb and couldn't ask for anything more. I would recommend this highly

"Loved our Casa Morris Experience"

"We had the good fortune to stumble across this gem on the Internet. Booked two weeks (end of January/08 - beginning of Feb./08). The condo was exactly as the photos represented - our favourite was the rooftop terrace where we spent many mornings and evenings. There is an empty lot (or there was!) between you and the Caribbean. What can be better than that! The "touches" in the unit were appreciated. The maid service was incredible. Our dealings with the Bric were professional and satisfying. The whole experience was delightful, and would not hesitate to recommend this escape."

"Property description was completely accurate. Clean and had everything from home. We even had daily maid service we were not expecting (except Sunday) who came in and did dishes also. Just ask for her homemade tamales. They were awesome. Mgmt office was very helpful and Renzo was great in his recommendations. Free unlimited DVD rentals during your stay, cell phone and purified water dispenser. Has satellite tv in living area and extra tv in kids room with another DVD player. About a block 1/2 from the beach and close to 5th Avenue shops and restuarants (walking distance). Make sure you hit the Super Wal-Mart when you get there. The complex even has an adopted stray guard dog "Cooley" who can fill in for your pet at home!! Make sure you either rent a car for the day or rent a taxi driver to do the 1/2 day trips to Tulum, Akumal beach (sea turtles), cenotes and one of the lagoons. We skipped the higher priced Xel-Ha and Excaret and did the state park Yal Ku which was just as good, much cheaper and very nice. Would highly recommend this place to all my friends."

Por ejemplo el telefono nos sirvio mucho. Con respecto al apartamento, el servico de toallas, de agua, jabones es fantastico. Por el otro lado me gustaria ofrecer unas sugerencias basadas en nuestra esperiencia alla. Estacionamientos - Lo tomaron varias veces cuando salimos. No es un gran problema pero unos conitos podrian habernos ahorrarnos el dolor de cabeza Inventario - Seria bueno tener una listica de todo lo que tiene el apartamento, con comentarios relacionados a lo que no funciona. El DVD no funcionaba, ni el estereo ( el mismo aparato). El personal de Bric compro uno de immediato, lo cual fue fabuloso. Limpiesa - Repito mi comentario, hoy por hoy, Playa goza de buena seguridad, pero leyendo los periodicos me di cuenta que hay crimen. Es muy importante exigir que las que hacen el aseo tengan un uniforme bien facil de reconocer. Una vez que sucede el crimen ya es muy tarde para prevenirlo. Dear Bric, I just want to send a quick note to tell you about our recent stay in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Our experience with Bric has been outstanding from my first property inquiry all the way through the check-out process. This is our second year to visit Playa del Carmen and decided to take our chance at renting a condo even though we thoroughly enjoyed staying at an all-inclusive resort last year. Tony contacted me within 24 hours of submitting my property inquiry and it was because of him, and his customer service, that we decided to rent from Bric. Our next encounter was with Stephanie and she was awesome at answering all my questions and guiding me through the whole rental process. Once we arrived at the Bric rental office in Playa we were met by Marco and Renzo. These guys were incredible! They thoughtfully and carefully explained everything we needed to know about the condo and we felt fully assured that if there were any problems they would be available to help us day or night. We also greatly appreciated being met at the condo for the check-out and couldn't have asked for a smoother process. By the way, we LOVED our condo!! We also greatly appreciate being picked up at the airport by our own private driver rather than being squeezed in with a whole van full of people making multiple stops at other resorts before arriving to our destination. I also want to let you know that both of our drivers were superb and helped add to the perfect vacation stay. Aldea Thai

Just got back from 8 days in PDC. It was a great trip. For those of you considering booking a condo in PDC I highly recommend Bric rentals. They could not have been more responsive and truly catered to our every need. We were booked for 7 nites at Magia Playa. I would not stay there again. Although it was situated in a nice spot and close to the beach, the beach that it was close to was off limits unless you were a guest at the Royal Porto. As a result it was a long hike to Mamitas beach club. As it turned out, the floor in our condo at Magia buckled on our second day of vacation and we were given a choice of three other places to move to. We toured the Elements and it was a great place, but a little off the beaten path for us. We chose the Aldea Thai which is just completing construction. It was down the road from the Bric rental office and a short walk to Mamitas Beach. The unit was outstanding and included a private pool. I would highly recommend the Aldea Thai and again Bric was wonderful.

We used Bric International (run by bilingual American and her husband)for a condo during our honeymoon last Nov and will be staying in the same place this coming Nov. We stayed at Hacienda San Jose on 1st and Calle 24 and the Bric office is on Calle 28. They do accept credit cards and require no cash deposit. That seems kind of sketchy to me. You can check out bricinternational.com for some of their properties. It was our first big trip and I was worried about being scammed but Bric took care of us and even did some concierge for us. Playa Rental From BRIC - Aldea Thai

Just wanted to let you know that we where very pleased with our subsequent rental at Aldea Thai in Playa. The property is wonderful and even though there was still construction going on and elevators were not in use it was one of the best places we've stayed at and we have stayed at some very nice properties. Beyond that, I would have to say that our experience with Bric was topnotch. Graciela and all the employees we dealt with in Playa were great. The issues with the condo at Magia Playa were addressed promptly, we couldn't have asked for more. Please feel free to use us a reference for customers of Bric. Aqua Terra 205 - Very Nice Condo

Reviewed on: 06/02/2009 for their stay in 04/2009 This Condo is very nice, elegant and centrally located. It is near the beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, bus depot and ferry to Consumel. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. It is exactly what's in the picture online even better. The pool is just perfect size. Our stay in this Condo is very relaxing. Casa Estrella - Fabulous Vacation Home!

Casa Estrella was very welcoming to my family who felt like they were the most important guests in Playacar. The town was hopping with activity, everything was centrally located to us even a well kept private beach and great restaurants we walked to every night. I was so impressed with all the security. Cameras throughout, guards & and friendly neighbors who watch for one onother. I loved all the windows and light in this Home. I felt like a king in his palace. Margaritas 2 - Unit 305 - Very Nice Condo

Reviewed on: 05/26/2009 for their stay in 02/2008 Very nice condo well located just steps away from Mega supermarket, wall-Mart, etc. About a 10 minute walk from the beach. The only down side is that we did not have a pool view from the balcony or from the roof top since this unit is located at the far end of the complex. But in a way there was a good side of it because we did not hear any noise from people at the pool and it was very quiet. We did not need to buy anything, the unit was fully equiped with everything you can think of (it was more equiped than my own house). But the roof top needed some furnitures (there was no chairs and table to eat on the roof top, neither a small BBQ). Having a cell phone included with the condo was very helpfull. Would go back there anytime. You will have a great time over there.

Elements Garden House 1 - The Perfect Location

Reviewed on: 05/26/2009 for their stay in 04/2009 The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and the staff was great. It was the best location in the complex - close to the beach and the pool. The windows in the living room made you feel like you were outside. We are looking forward to our next visit. The only items missing were some basic necessities that we have found in other condos/villas we have rented: salt, pepper, and sugar. Margarita glasses would have been great too!

Casa Tortuga - Best Vacation Rental

Magic Paradise - First Visit to Mexico

Overall, the condo was quite nice however we had issues with the loud music and noisy patrons of the bar directly below us. The music continued until 2 and 3 in the morning and was quite annoying at times. The condo itself was very nice and the location was great as it was only a short walk to the beach and a few minutes walk from 5th Avenue however we wouldn't stay at this location again. Stephanie and Graciella addressed any concerns we had promptly. Most of the BRIC personnel we were in contact with in Playa were very easy to deal with.

La Vista - Heaven on Earth

The condo was fantastic! Big, clean, and with every convenience. The location was also perfect...close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rental agency staff was extremely helpful and did a great job accomodating all our requests. When we arrived quite late at the condo we were happily surprised to find that there was soft music playing, a snack was left for us and a note welcoming us. We were given recommendations for authentic Mexican restaurants the next morning and tried eveyone of them....delicious! Our lovely cleaning lady came everyday and even when we were in the condo we barely noticed her as she was quiet and efficient. I can't wait to return next winter.

Hacienda San Jose - Great Place to Stay

This is the first time that we stayed in a vacation rental home instead of a hotel -- and it was perfect; the maid service was excellent, full(mini)kitchen for your own cooking, and the terrace up stairs is large enough to accommodate a small party. The room was closer to the beach than we even expected, just a short walk down the road and your are at Mamitas beach(great beach for all types). The condo is really only two blocks from 5th Ave. Restaurants, souvenir shops, mini markets, and currency exchanges are only a 2 minute walk away. Bosque de los Aluxes - Best way to experience Playa del Carmen

We are frequent visitors to Playa del Carmen and have usually stayed at one of the many 5 star all inclusive resorts in or close to town. This last trip we decided to try a different experience and we rented this condo through Bric vacation rentals. The experience was stellar. The property is beautiful and well appointed. it is right on 5th avenue and only a few minutes walk to the 'busy' section of 5th avenue where all the restaurants and shops are. The benefit is that you are comfortably cocooned in a quiet and shady part of Play, yet only a few blocks from beaches or restaurants.

The Elements - Amazing View - Great Stay

Our vacation in Playa del Carmen was excellent. Our stay at The Elements was wondeful. The complex was very modern and the apartment had a great view. The place is just as the pictures show it. It is walking distance from Quinta Avenida but you would need a car to go explore Riviera Maya.

Hacienda San Jose - Great Location

Great location close to all the action. One block to the beach, one block to the famous Little Italy stretch of 5th Ave. Nice ocean view from the living area, master bedroom and large roof top terrace. Working with the BRIC reps was so easy. Fast, friendly service and they were able to accommodate a late check out for us due to an evening airport departure. Daily maid service was included (scheduled at our convenience) along with refills of bottled water long before the jug was empty. Nice sized pool in the courtyard, great for a quick late afternoon dip.

Las Olas 207 By BRIC - Just like being home

I made this reservation for my maid of honer and best man for our wedding Aug. 07, it was such a life saver very spacious, very accomidating. The perfect location looking out the balconey you see the beach and the main cross street. It made it very easy to pick up/drop off wedding party members and all. The property Mgr. was very helpful in every way possible. The Condo had everything you would want to feel just like home. Since then I have recommended it to other friends.

Mamitas Village Penthouse

My family of four (kids 9 & 6) loved this condo. It is a beautiful new condo with top end finishes. The roof top patio was a wonderful place to spend time and soak up the sun. We love the location, a two minute walk to the beach in one direction and two minute stroll to 5th Ave. in the other direction. There is fabulous little Italian restaurant right across the street and convenience stores just around corner. The Bric Office is also just across the street from Mamitas Village and the folks at Bric went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. We found this to be a perfect spot for a great beach holiday in Playa Del Carmen. We?ll be back!

"More than I was expecting!" - Peregrinas

We were 4 adults (2 couples) This condo is exactly as you see in the pictures. Very clean, and in a great location - walking distance to the Mega and 5th avenue. Enjoyed the leisurely stroll to the beach. The roof top terrace was the icing on the cake! We enjoyed many breakfasts and sunset nightcaps up there! BRIC staff were great to deal with. We did make use of the cel phone given to us. Usually to call the BRIC office to iron out minor wrinkles as we had questions regarding the internet set-up, grocery stores, etc. The free DVD rental was a bonus. Two minor issues; 1) on arriveal our cab driver couldn't find the Rental office. I would suggest taking a map with you; 2) couldn't get the dvd machine to work. But this was probably just us messing with the buttons. BRIC staff immediately sent someone out to deal with this. All in all - I would HIGHLY recommend and would not hesitate to return

Luna Maya - Excellent Stay in a Beautiful Condo

We stayed in Luna Maya 1 from December 31, 2009 - January 5, 2009 and had the best time! The condo looks exactly like the pictures, and the representatives from BRIC Rentals were super easy to deal with. We booked this condo about 3-4 weeks before we were going to stay in Playa del Carmen, and were a little worried that it might not live up to the pictures since the pictures look like they might have been taken in the model unit of the building...but the unit really is that nice! It's a little far out of downtown Playa del Carmen, where all the clubs and action is...but its an easy 15 minute walk down to the main streets. The unit is on the 1st floor and the doors open out into the pool area which is really nice, since we were a group of friends on a New Year's holiday trip. The beach is about 2 minutes away (walking). We would definitely rent this unit again! Enjoy!

It felt so good to have the amenities of Mexico and also the amenities necessary for our family. We traveled with our one year old and it was a great relief to come "home" at the end of the day. The staff was super helpful and it is walking distance to one of Playa's best restaurant... el cueva de chonga... the monkey cave!! Can't wait to come again.

This is a very nice second floor condo in a super convenient safe and central location. The finishings and decor are suberb, allowing comfort and luxury for yuor worry free holiday. Bric is a great manager available 24/7 for any concerns as well as suggestions, outrips and even provide a complimentry cell phone pre-loaded with some time for super convenience. Playa has a world famous, beach, dining, shopping and nightlife and or just sit by the beautiful pol and relax. Excellent!!

The Meridian - "Above our Expectations"

Our stay in Playa Del Carmen was right after our wedding in Tulum, so not having too much stimulation was key for us. The condo that we stayed at was perfect. It is located in a quieter part of Playa and is a corner unit with ocean views. The furnishings were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop solarium was a great place to sip on cocktails and hang out with friends. There's a cute Italian restaurant right around the corner that had great dinners. We had a wonderful time in Playa, and would stay in this same unit again!

Quadra Alea - "Lovely Condo in Playa"

The Quadra Alea unit was a great place for a week's vacation in Playa del Carmen. A super short walk off of Quinta, the condo was located in a newer development. We could tell we were one of the only occupied units. Being able to cook breakfast, wash our towels and play Yahtzee in the evening made our trip more enjoyable. A mix up with our late check-out made departure more stressful than it should have been, but overall I enjoyed renting this condo. I recommend staying here and renting through Bric International for condos in Playa.

Hacienda San Jose - "Perfect stay for our family"

Just fantastic! For my 8 months and 3 years doughters, my mom and I this was a great experiencie. This cozy apartment was perfect to wlk to Mamitas beach club or to walk to the fifth avenue. We enjoyed a great view of Cozumel island and during our stay the full full gave us great ilumination, it will be a shame that this might be lost when a building gets constructed in the following land that lead to the beach. BRIC service was great they think ahead your needs and greet you with coffee and ohter supplies to make easier your stay. The provide us with a guide of Playa main attractions, and we hardly need any ohter information besides that. I truly love playa del Carmen is one of my favorites spots in Quintana Roo, and will try to stay in this unit again since it had all we are looking for for a reasonable price.

Elements 223 - Luxury in Paradise

Property in on a very nice quiet stretch of beach. Mamita's is a quick walk. It was very, very nicely appointed with a big 42-46" LCD TV. The condo had granite and stainless in kitchen, and terrazzo floors throughout. One of the best things about leasing this condo was the mgmt. co., Bric Rentals/Bric Int'l. They put a concierge on property, and give you a mexican cell phone when you arrive with the concierge's person cell pre-programmed into it. I am kind of a picky eater, so I wanted to do my own shopping, but if you like they'll fill up your fridge before you get there. So it's kind of the best parts of a condo and hotel all rolled into one. This place was very secure, and all of the staff were very nice. My stay was perfect.

Bosque de los Aluxes - Aritst's Delight & Chefs Dream

This home has an amazing vibe as redolent as the town of Playa itself. Location is close to all yet has a secluded side most area properties can't match. Mamitas beach club is a short walk away and 5th avenue as well. But location is only part of the story. This is, after all, a penthouse overlooking the beach and Cozumel Island with an incredible balcony, Bose speaker system, and private splash pool facing the beach by day or the moon at night. The inside was designed by a pair of artists well attuned to these tropical surroundings. Visually unique and stimulating, but comfortable and not too gaudy, the artists have created Yucatan magic with a taste of France. When listening to the CD player and music selections provided, my wife and I were transported to Paris. And watching Julia Child on the DVD player was gastronomically inspiring. Yes, the best part is the kitchen where the chef of the family (or chefs) may create their own artistic breafast, lunches, and dinner with the best appliances and this home's European inspirations. The freshest seafood, prime steaks, straight- from -the -farm vegetables and artisan breads are easily available at local groceries with very reasonable prices. And if one whishes to go out, the choices are wonderful and plenty. The owners have thoughtfully left suggestions as well as their art and generous hearts. We will not forget the time spent in this Casa. Also, a big thanks to the beautiful and helpful ladies at the BRIC office. We will return.

Hacienda San Jose -

My wife & I rented Hacienda San Jose unit B3 in March of 2008. As we are not new to Playa del Carmen by any means we are particular about where we stay when visiting which is usually 3-4 times each year. Our main reason was location. The proximity to our favorite beach and the more quiet Northern end of 5th Ave. Hacienda San Jose fit the bill and the price was more than reasonable. King size bed, plenty of room for two people and a washer & dryer! Bric International was responsive to advance emails before and during our stay. We did have an air-conditioner problem in the bedroom and cable for our internet laptop but they were prompt in getting them fixed. Nice courtyard, gated, secure and comfy! Hat's off to Bric in their excellent service. We will use them again and again. Barry

We LOVED this condo. Very clean! The staff was great,just a phone call away if you need them. This was BETTER than all-inclusive. Everything you need is right around the corner and very reasonable. Pay (and tip) the extra money for the van service well worth it! The van driver is very helpful and will tell you where everything is. Its right off the main strip so its quiet if you need it to be.. but right around the corner from all the action. Short walk to the beach and resturaunts /bars. This did not seem to be a place for spring-breakers. (WHEW). Even at the bars very few college kids. Great place for adult singles/couples. We went for a girls getaway. PERFECT!!!!! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Mamitas Village - Luxury Condo

We spend a complete week during the summer, the condo is great, everything looks very new, you have more privacy than in a hotel, everyday our condo was cleaned, so that makes you feel you are in a hotel, and the beach is very very close, you just have to walk a minute, and this is not as far to 5th ave. as we thought we actually walked there everyday, I really recommend it!

Mamitas Village - We love Playa!

We love Playa Del Carmen and like that you can walk everywhere...never have to pay for a taxi.. the beach is absolutely wonderful...you can walk to many restaurants for dinner...Walmart and shopping on Fifth Avenue is great. This is the first time we have rented a condo. We typically stay at a resort. The ease of check-in and check-out was great. The staff were accommodating and responded to our requests in a timely manner. We were two couples and had plenty of privacy. We stayed for 1 week and liked having the washer and dryer to get things ready for our second week at another location. Would highly recommend this property

Magic Paradise - Awesome Stay

We just spent 2 fabulous weeks in Magic Paradise B3, with 3 baths, 2 bedrooms a beautiful kitchen, dining and living room. Steps from the pool, a quaint little patio and very friendly staff. We were a block away from the wonderful Mamitas beach and a block from 5th Ave. A much better stay than a hotel, especially since we had 2 teenagers with us and everyone had space. A very safe environment and all the help you need right next door at the office to book any of your tours, Coba Mayan tour with ALLTOURNATIVE Tours being our favourite. Do some of your own cooking or try new restaurants every day instead of the all inclusive same old, same old. I'd go again anytime!
