CAR RENTALS
With every rental we are happy to extend
pricing information for local car rentals. Quotes usually include AVIS, BUDGET,
HERTZ, and ENTERPRISE options. Please contact your reservation host for booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
BRIC International is pleased
to offer travel insurance at a reasonable additional fee with every reservation,
please consult your reservation host or add to your on-line booking. Click PDF below

TRAVEL AGENT SERVICES
BRIC International is pleased
to work in conjunction with E-travel if you need additional flight information,
car rentals, etc. Please feel free to contact them directly. 1-877-Etravel (387-2835)
HOUSEKEEPING
With every condo home rental we include
daily maid service Monday -Saturday. Maid service schedules fluxuate for private
villas, please ask your reservation host for details. Upon departure we ask that
you place dirty sheets and towels near the laundry area and begin one laundry load
of sheets or towels. All other cleaning duties including dishes, trash, etc. will
be taken care of by our staff of professionals. You are supposed to relax and enjoy
SPECIAL SERVICES INCLUDED
- Personal check-in if during office hours. After hours check-in by appointment.
- Each of our properties are fully equipped with linens, towels, beach towels, and
basic cooking spices.
- Every rental includes unlimited 20 Liter/5 gallon bottles of water.
- For Mexico reservations a local cellular phone is included with prepaid minutes.
This phone will make and receive international calls however, it is more intended
for local calls.
- Bathroom amenities shampoo, lotion, and soap included upon arrival.
- Kitchen dish soap and paper towels are supplied upon arrival.
OFFICE HOURS
Our Playa del Carmen office is open
and available for questions or assistance 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday through Friday
and 9:00am – 2:00pm on Saturdays. Staff is available by cell phone Sundays for any
emergency. Scottsdale, Arizona office is open 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday
by appointment only.
INTERNET
All of our Scottsdale, Arizona homes are
equipped with high speed internet. Most of our Playa del Carmen properties are equipped
with high speed internet however, if not, personal laptops can be used in the BRIC
International office.
