Born and raised in San Francisco Bay Area, Executive Chef Keith Hughes started his career at the California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu and quickly worked his way into some of the most progressive kitchens in San Francisco, CA. He has participated in multiple Michelin Star Studded Culinary Events, where he worked closely with local and international celebrity chefs. Keith has also worked with multiple restaurants in San Francisco including Chez Papa Resto, Farmer Browns and Supper Club. In 2013, Keith started his own company called Chefs Chalk Board, a personal chef and catering company.

His innovative fusion of global cuisine, blended with seasonal and local ingredients offers not only a unique experience, but also an exploration into his own creativity. Today Keith and his wife Diane reside in Playa Del Carmen, MX and work together in providing an intimate, fine dining experience throughout Playa Del Carmen and the Mayan Rivera.
