We had a wonderful stay, the friendly staff at the Bric always provided prompt service for any of our needs. The location is on one of the best streets in Playa Del Carmen, close to beaches, bars and restaurants. I will recommend the Pueblito Escondito to anyone. Also I will and have sent people to Maritza and her staff at the Bric for any assistance in finding their vacation stay. A shout out to Veronica who was our ambassador during our stay, she provided assistance anytime, even on her day off. Thank you everyone!

We stayed 28 days in Pueblito Escondido. Nice and spacious apartment. Good views from the living room balcony, however both bedrooms overlook the wall. It wasn’t possible to open bedroom windows because of 6 a/c units below windows which produced non stop loud noise. The real disappointment was absence of washer/dryer. The only option to get the clothes washed is to pay for the laundry to front desk $8.00 USD per load (!!!). The kitchen was poorly equipped. For short stays of 2-3 days it might be okay, but for longer stays you really want to have at least a peeler or grater…All these inconveniences were well compensated by excellent service of Bric team and especially Veronica, who was there for us at one phone call or text. We loved the roof top with infinity pool. Overall I rate this condo at 4. Would we be back? Very much possible.

What a great place. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Location was perfect for beach going, restaurant visits, short walk to shopping on 5th but far enough away to be more relaxing. Great small personal pool upstairs and a larger adult only pool steps from there. Another pool that is family friendly down stairs - both pools are very nice. Beds are very very firm. Front desk people are great and friendly. Briç addressed our issues immediately. Great stay; I would recommend it highly. Thank you!

Beautiful place, the private pool was a real bonus that had full sun all day. The condo was well equipped with all essentials, the location was amazing close to everything. Being right on 38th street was the perfect location with amazing restaurants. In the bedrooms wish there was more room for our clothes and the only other thing is we were There for 10 days wish we would have had cleaning service once while there. Would definitely go back again and highly recommend this beautiful place.

We loved our too brief, 3-night stay at this location. Our Bric management contact was very responsive and a true pleasure to deal with both leading up to and during our stay. Thank you, Maritza, and thank you to your guest ambassador Veronica! The Condo was the perfect size for 4 people. Very well appointed and recently renovated, it was spotless when it was turned over to us. A warm and inviting space. The bedrooms were comfortable. There were some beach supplies available (chairs) which was very welcome for our beach day. We were provided with ample drinking water and paper supplies for our stay. The kitchen had everything you would need should you decide to eat in, but with the hundreds of restaurants within walking distance, including a few in the building itself, that wasn't on our agenda. We did make coffee there every morning, to enjoy on the balcony off the living room, overlooking the street, beach, and ocean, watching the cruise ships coming and going from Cozumel in the distance. There is a set of stairs inside the unit taking you to the rooftop. The ocean views from the rooftop terrace and the communal infinity pool are the best in Playa, IMO. There is usually a very friendly group of regular owners and guests at the adults-only rooftop pool making it a fun spot to spend a few hours. Also, the restaurants in the building would provide delivery service of food and drink to the roof if requested, which was a nice perk. This was our third time staying at Pueblito Escondido, in other units before, but this was by far the best maintained condo we had experienced there. I will definitely look to Bric when booking our next getaway to Playa!

I know this area very well, and would highly recommend this property to anyone. The management company does a really good job with communication, and the check in process is very easy. It is on the prettiest street in all of Playa and the location can not be beat. The infinity pool is wonderful- very large and has a great view of the ocean, and the private patio/plunge pool is a great place for privacy and enjoying time together as a family.
