The second bedroom has two twin beds or one King (beds configured on request) a TV and dvd player and an ensuite as well. Additional beds and a crib can easily be provided. AC & Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room.
The home is spacious and light, has a fully equipped kitchen, 1/2 bath off the living room, and dining for 6. There is an additional balcony off the living room as well as a large private rooftop featuring another 1/2 bath and outdoor shower, Jacuzzi, table and chairs and lounge chairs. Enjoy a coffee or cocktail with an ocean view, or the option of a Jacuzzi dip from the rooftop with a view of jungle, the sea, and local palapa rooftops, a signature of Playa del Carmen. From the private rooftop it is only steps to the rooftop pool area.
Although the development seems like a tranquil oasis, 5th Avenue, the beach town’s main dining, shopping, and entertainment district is only one block from Meridian. Nearby are grocery stores with many options for local fresh meats, fish, vegetables and unbelievable fresh baked goods. Stores sell everything you need. Other items included: washer/dryer, new 48” smart TV with Cable, dvd player with 100s of movies to choose from, 50+ books, games, a 40” smart TV in the principal bedroom, as well as a 32” smart TV in the secondary bedroom, I-Pod docking stereo, and air conditioning in all rooms.
Maid service is available upon request, but wireless Internet and bottled water are included in the rental price. Property manager is close by and speaks perfect English. The representative will meet you when you arrive to give you the overview of the unit and answer any questions and help you with any issues you may have.
