A little oasis in the middle of Playa Del Carmen.

This fully equipped condo is perfect for 2-3 people. You can not ask for a better location. There is no need for a car; you can walk everywhere. Grocery stores are less than 7-10 minutes' walk, and there is an OXXO right across the street. Mamitas Beach is 5 minutes away. We love the pool, so quiet and refreshing. It is a perfect place with other guests. The Bric Team is awesome, so helpful and very responsive. We will be back next year! Thank you.

After things were fixed my stay was very good. I was very happy with the staff. Veronica and Daniel we're outstanding. If I return I would choose another unit. The winding staircase was hard for me due to hip issues.

I was very happy with my stay at Hacienda San Jose B3. The spiral staircase was quite a challenge. It was a very nice facility and the location was excellent. Veronica was very helpful and handled any issues I had very quickly and well. Abril was excellent. She remained in contact during my stay and was very helpful. I hope you all remain healthy and safe and that this virus issue is eradicated so the economy in Playa recovers quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hacienda San Jose B3. We stay 73 days and enjoyed Playa Del Carmen. The only issues we had was the our hot water kept going out at least 7 times other then that our stay was great.
